My name is Kristi McCoy, owner of McCoy Appraisals LLC. I started in the industry in 2001 and received my state certified license in 2004. I worked for Bliss Associates until 2013, when they made the decision to pull out of the St. Louis market and put all their focus towards the business in Kansas City. I was very fortunate to receive a large amount of experience and training with Bliss Associates.
My clients include banks, credit unions, realtors, consumers and mortgage bankers. The firm's appraisal practice includes valuation estimates for mortgage loan purposes, law firms and consumers looking to establish a fair market value. The properties I have appraised include residential, two to four family properties, land and condominiums. McCoy Appraisals serves the Missouri counties of St. Louis County, St. Louis City and St. Charles County.
